2026 Dancer Bio & Production Fee
All cast members should complete the 2026 Production Registration form by August 29, 2026.
The form will ask for:
Dancer and parent contact information
A short dancer bio
Production fee payment
The $150 production fee includes your dancer’s T-shirt, video and cast party. A PayPal account is not required to submit payment.
Dancer Bio: Please keep bios to 200 characters maximum. Seniors may submit a longer bio of up to 750 characters separately.
